Cambodia under the Khmer Rouge — 1975–1979

Cambodia | historical inquiry. Conceptual relationship map, not measured results.

Forced labour, displacement, collectivisation and extreme coercion devastated human life. The political

violence is inseparable from the organisation of production and distribution. Power question: what happens when people lose control over where they live, what they do and whether they can refuse? Avoidance question: which protections against coercion and unchecked command were absent or destroyed? This case should prioritise historical understanding and human rights. It is not suitable for a playful optimisation game.
