Accounts require age and location at country, state and city level. An exact address or GPS location is not required for ordinary participation. Conversation sharing and optional research participation are separate choices. Personal contact details submitted through public forms should not appear in published content.

The final notice covering the service operator, processors, retention periods, deletion, payments and applicable rights is being prepared. Account and paid-service launch must be accompanied by that completed notice.
